Hi there! I am a User Experience Designer at Discover Financial Services working on the credit card acquisition team. I have a passion for contemporary, seamless design and an enthusiasm for communicating brand identity in a fashionable, yet practical, way.

Through in-depth analyzation of user testing and clear communication about business partners needs, I create wireframes and prototypes that overcome complex design roadblocks with simplicity and charm.

Balance Transfer Webpage Optimization

Working cross-functionally, my team and I optimized Discover’s Balance Transfer Credit Cards webpage through heat-mapping, user research, and newly designed UI components.

Secondary Navigation

Follow my process as the lead designer in an effort to create a Secondary Navigation that would eventually roll out across all of Discover’s credit cart acquisition pages.

I believe connecting with users and testing products through their lens is the best way to gain empathy and user insights.

Interviews, surveys, and usability tests are some of the most intriguing - and fun - parts of the UX process for me.
